Dr. Matthew Duncan, PT, DPT

Dr. Matthew Duncan serves as the Clinical Director of our Tinton Falls location. A 2022 graduate of Rutgers University – Newark, Matthew earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has since dedicated his practice to the field of orthopedic physical therapy. He possesses a specialized focus in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders (TMD/TMJ), providing expert care for patients dealing with complex jaw and facial pain.

As a clinical leader, Matthew is committed to delivering evidence-based results that help the Tinton Falls community return to the activities they love. Outside of the clinic, he stays active in the local community through surfing and golfing. A fan of diverse hobbies, Matthew also enjoys DJ-ing and recreational weightlifting.

Temisa Nagy, LMT
Therapeutic Massage

Temisa has been licensed in Massage Therapy and Body Work since 2016. Greatly influenced by her mother, Cathy Nagy (who encouraged her to explore holistic health care), she studied anatomy and quickly discovered her love for Therapeutic Massage.

After working in many different settings and seeing firsthand the need to treat the individual, not just ring up the ticket, it became clear to her that something in the industry needed to change. In 2021 she started Body and Balance Therapeutic Massage, a private massage therapy practice that allowed her to give the needed time and care to every client who walked through the door. She had since been privileged in helping her clients with natural pain management, increased mobility, correcting muscular dysfunctions and injuries, relieving prenatal discomforts, and even aiding in neurological disorders. Temisa is dedicated to listening to her clients and tailoring every massage to their individual needs, because “every body” is different. Temisa recognized the benefits of a joint partnership with physical therapy and in June of 2026 she joined the team at Oasis Physical Therapy to develop the Body and Balance Therapeutic Massage division at their locations.
